For Homeowners
Click "Post a Job" at the top of any page. Fill in the task details — what you need, when you need it, and your price range. You can add photos to help workers understand the job. Within hours, you'll start receiving bids from verified local workers in your area.
You pay through the platform when you accept a worker's bid. Your card is charged via Stripe and the funds are held until the job is complete. Workers receive their portion within 3 business days after you confirm the work is done. We handle all payment math — you just confirm and pay.
Contact us within 48 hours of job completion. We review the situation — looking at messages, photos, and the agreed scope — and can issue partial or full refunds depending on what went wrong. We take quality seriously and will work to make it right.
Only your first name and ZIP code are visible to workers before you book. Your full address is never shared until you explicitly confirm a booking. We don't sell your data to advertisers or third parties. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Cancel before the worker arrives and there's no charge. If the worker has already traveled to your location, contact us and we'll review the circumstances. We handle cancellations fairly — just reach out to hello@neighborlink.polsia.app.
Furniture assembly, TV mounting, yard cleanup, junk removal, pressure washing, dog walking, moving help, gutter cleaning, and more. If it's a small job that a contractor would charge $200 to show up for — we're built for that. We don't handle major renovations or licensed professional work.
For Pro Workers
Sign up at the worker portal, complete your profile, and upload a government-issued ID for verification. We run a background check and review your profile. Most workers are approved within 24 hours. You'll get an email the moment your account is verified and ready to bid.
Payments are deposited directly to your connected bank account within 3 business days of job completion. You confirm the job is done, the homeowner confirms, and we process the payout. No chasing down payments — NeighborLink handles it automatically.
NeighborLink takes 15% of each completed job. That's it — no subscription fee, no sign-up cost, no monthly minimums. Workers keep 85% of every job. A $100 job = $85 in your pocket. There's an optional premium subscription ($29/month) for workers who want guaranteed job volume.
Document the issue — take photos, save messages — and contact us immediately. We review both sides and mediate fairly. If a homeowner refuses to pay for work completed as agreed, we can intervene and, if warranted, withhold or reverse the payment. Workers are never left chasing money.
Yes — set your service radius when you sign up. You can choose to work within 5, 10, 20, or more miles of your ZIP code. You'll only see jobs within your chosen service area and in your verified skill categories.
Your profile lists the services you offer. You'll only see jobs in those categories, within your service radius. The system is built to show you work you can actually do well — no sorting through irrelevant listings.
